Field data collection is handled by our survey crews across Houston, DFW, Rio Grande Valley and Corpus Christi. Remote processing and report formatting are available for projects outside Texas.

We collect as-built point data across your finished surfaces using GPS rovers. Point density is matched to your GC's spec requirements. Data is collected to the same datum and coordinate system as your design files so comparison is accurate.
We overlay your collected as-built data against your original design surfaces and produce a deviation report. Color-coded deviation mapping shows where finished grades match design and where they fall outside tolerance. You see the comparison before your GC does.
For projects requiring formal CQC documentation, we produce the records required by your spec: compaction testing documentation, grade verification records, lift-by-lift completion logs if applicable. Formatted to the project spec, not a generic template.

When a sealed or stamped document is required, we coordinate with your surveyor of record.
