We produce GPS-accurate as-built records, construction quality control packages and compliance documentation formatted to the specific requirements of your project's closeout spec. We don't produce generic reports and ask your GC to interpret them. We build to their format from the start.
Field data collection is handled by our survey crews across Houston, DFW, Rio Grande Valley and Corpus Christi. Remote processing and report formatting are available for projects outside Texas.

GPS As-Built Survey Data
We collect as-built point data across your finished surfaces using GPS rovers. Point density is matched to your GC's spec requirements. Data is collected to the same datum and coordinate system as your design files so comparison is accurate.
As-Built versus Design Comparison
We overlay your collected as-built data against your original design surfaces and produce a deviation report. Color-coded deviation mapping shows where finished grades match design and where they fall outside tolerance. You see the comparison before your GC does.
Construction Quality Control Records
For projects requiring formal CQC documentation, we produce the records required by your spec: compaction testing documentation, grade verification records, lift-by-lift completion logs if applicable. Formatted to the project spec, not a generic template.
Submittal-Ready Report Package
Your final deliverable is a complete report package formatted to your GC's submittal requirements. Organized to match their review checklist. Ready to submit on first pass.
Deviation Flagging Before Submittal
If our as-built data shows a deviation outside tolerance before the report goes to the GC, we flag it to you first. You have the option to correct the work before submission rather than receiving a rejection after.
Digital and Print-Ready Deliverables
All reports are delivered in PDF format ready for digital submittal and print. If your GC requires a specific file naming convention or delivery method, tell us and we'll match it.

Step 1
Share Your Project Spec
Send us your GC's closeout requirements, the original design files and any project-specific QA/QC spec sheets. If your GC has a standard submittal checklist, include that too. The more we know about the submittal format upfront, the cleaner the first submission.
Step 2
We Review and Quote
We review your spec and design files, confirm the data collection scope and quote the project. If field survey collection is required, we confirm crew availability and schedule the site visit. Most quotes are returned within one business day.
Step 3
We Collect and Process
Our survey crew collects GPS as-built data on site. Remote processing produces the deviation comparison and report package. We flag any out-of-tolerance areas before the report is finalized so you have time to address them before submission.
Step 4
You Receive the Submittal Package
We deliver the complete QA/QC package formatted and ready for submittal. Digital PDF delivery by default. If your GC requires a specific delivery format, we match it. If anything comes back from the GC's review, we address it promptly.

We are a civil-tech, layout and QA/QC provider, not a licensed surveying firm, so we do not issue sealed or stamped survey documents. What you get is as-built data collection, a deviation report against your design surfaces and QA/QC documentation formatted to your GC's submittal requirements. When a sealed or stamped document is required, we coordinate with your surveyor of record.
